In the heart of Geneva’s Cité d’Art Contemporain, Café des Bains is a renovated bistro with a contemporary atmosphere. It has enjoyed a renowned reputation for excellence since 2000 thanks to the efforts of Blaise Hatt-Arnold and Caroline Vogelsang, before being taken over by the Hubert family in October 2011.
With ongoing inspiration for new and exciting tastes, chef Rico Alexandre uses the highest-quality products only to improve upon them. With a spoonful of creativity and a dollop of emotion, he creates a menu that is not only delicious but also bursting with subtle flavors…
Attentive service with a smile responds to the needs of each guest, seated in the greenery outside, or inside the iconic Café des Bains. Far from the bustle of city life, this is the perfect urban retreat to enjoy the chic, bohemian ambiance that the Café evokes.
The menu changes three or four times per year, in keeping with the seasons, the mood of the restaurant, and the new dishes that our creative chef dreams up.
At lunch, there is always a daily special, as well as the full menu, which includes a variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. If you have a special request for the way an item on the menu is prepared, we will do our best to meet your needs.
