Our acclaimed Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roth, along with his invaluable associate, Franck Meyer, has created his first Japanese menu with French accents, to be enjoyed against the backdrop of a fabulous terrace at the President Wilson Hotel overlooking the lake and facing a panoramic view of the Alps.

Umami invites you to discover such traditional Japanese specialties such as Okonomyaki, as well as our signature dishes from the famous crispy Nigiri to foie gras Maki with apple and ginger, all served in a relaxed, friendly ambiance.

To complete the experience, you will find some wonderful surprises on our drinks menu, comprising a selection of sake, whiskey, and Japanese beer.
