With its colorful, contemporary décor renovated with a warm ambiance, starred chef Jérôme Manifacier has created Vertig’O at the Hôtel de la Paix, one of the finest restaurants along the harbor in Geneva.

Following his election as the Best Swiss-Romand chef in 2015, Manifacier was rated 17/20 in the Gault and Millau Guide, which is respected worldwide.

His cuisine is generous, using products from the sea and the earth blended in a Mediterranean style.

He is passionate about “lost” ingredients and promotes the rediscovery of aliments from times past, revisited with brio.

In keeping with nature, the menu is renewed every three months in order to present the best of each season.
