The lunch menu is varied enought to suite all tastes.

Fusion food with hints of French, Asian and Caribbean cuisine.

For dinner, there are Caribbean specialties: fricassee of conch, squash stuffed with cod or giant shrimp roasted in beer sauce.

For dessert a coconut and mango Blancmange with tourment D’Amour, a local coconut pastry.
