A Triumphal Return
The big reopening of one of the most emblematic 5-star hotels on the island: Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa, with its ideal location right on the beach. All of the doors of this luxury property—from the 44 guest rooms and suites to two new sumptuous villas by the water’s edge— are now open to welcome those who are seeking absolute perfection.
Among the innovations this season, the WTF rooftop bar —Whiskey Tango Foxtrot—stays open late at night with a DJ or live music on Friday and Saturday evenings.
In addition, the hotel is part of the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival, on Friday, November 2, Saturday, November 3, and Sunday, November 4, with special chefs’ dinners to enjoy. Chef Nicolas Sale is the guest of William Girard, executive chef at Le Barthélemy.

SAINT-BARTH GOURMET FESTIVAL: NOVEMBER 1-4

The Island’s 5th Annual Gourmet Event
A not-to-be-missed event on the intentional culinary calendar, the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival kicks off the new season on the island. Special events take place each evening on November 1-4, including chefs’ dinners in the festival’s partner restaurants, where guests are invited to discover the signature cuisine of incredible guest chefs. In addition to Nicolas Sale, patron chef of 2018 festival, five of the island’s top chefs will cook in tandem with the chefs invited especially for this gourmet experience.
A wonderful opportunity to be tempted by the best of French gastronomy in a tropical paradise with a convivial ambiance!
Prices for the Chefs’ Dinners:
- 4-course menu: 95 Euros (appetizer, main course, dessert included)
