Dombes free-range chicken, Bresse Mieral chicken, leg of Castille baby lamb, New Zealand lamb chops, French suckling pig, ribs from the US... Complete your meal with a dessert of roast pineapple, cooked slowly on a skewer, with vanilla ice cream and crumble.
